July 15 Pupdate


We had a partial reunion this morning. Casrrera (fka Purple) and her new brother Salazar came to hang out in our room while their mom changed ot a room that hoefully, had a/c. She seemed to get right back into the group and then climbued up on top of the crate – repeatedly.

She rode over to the water site with us as well so her mom didn’t have to bring the crate back down to the car. We kept her in the ex pen corral with the other 3 puppies at the water trial site. They were very good and played and napped and hung out like good dogs.

It’s kind of fun to have that many of them together again. We even took them swimming a couple of times. They enjoyed that but that’s not a lot of surprise. The pond was really warm so It was kind of like swimming in the bathtub.

Carrera is spending the night with us since Salazar had such a big day and needed some help relaxing. The puppies are all chewing on some cow tails the Dog Cindi borught. That quieted the puppies down last night as well. Smart of dog Cindi, huh.

We are just waiting for it to get dark so we can do last call and go to bed. We’ll be up early anyway, we might as well get some rest tonight. So Nighty, Nighty, Nighty to all. Maybe we’ll get to write again tomorrow.
